My BugMaster representative is a reliable person that I depend upon throughout the year. My service is conducted quarterly but I know that if any pest problems occur throughout the year, she will be there for me and will provide the latest updated knowledge in pest control and will quickly get on top of any situation that may arise. Living in the South and having a pet, we all know that there can be problems during certain times of the year. One thing that I appreciate beyond the excellent service is the friendly people that always answer the phone – eager to help in any way. I also appreciate that my technician sets her appointments and has never been even one minute late and has never cancelled. I have a highly allergic little dog and we have had a couple bouts with fleas that could be life threatening to him. BugMaster has been reliable, fast and effective. I see no need to go anywhere else for pest control.
